When the orders are delivered to your address, please kindly check all of the items as soon as possible. Any product with a quality defect can be returned within 2 weeks of receiving your original order. You need to contact us for a proof of purchase (e,g: sending pictures of a defective item). If we do not get any feedback about the defective items within 2 weeks, all items are presumed to be perfect.
For all defective items, we will apply solutions as the following below:
1. Discount:
– For all minor defects, we will offer discount but will be no more than 20%
– For all major defects, we offer two solutions, either replacing or refunding.
2. Replace:
– When returning the products, you are responsible for all of the returning fees including any shipping cost for the returning products, taxes and duties (please contact us to get more instruction).
– After receiving the returned products, we will double- check, re-make the products and ship them back to you as soon as possible.
– Replacements will be shipped to you at no cost of products and shipping cost.
3. Refund.
– When returning the products, you are responsible for all of the returning fees including any shipping cost for the returning products, taxes and duties (please contact us to get more instruction).
– Once we receive the items, we will proceed your credit immediately. It might take a few days to reflect on your account depending on your bank.
– Please be noted that you will receive your refund in the original form of payment. The original shipping charges are non-refundable
